Mission Statement

“Our goal is save lives by producing creatively intelligent, beautiful cinematic films with the least amount of funding possible.”

The Company
Red Glass Films (RGF) is dedicated to quality. A fully operational production studio, RGF has obtained optimum standards in producing, maintaining, and organizing company functions since 1999. In 2008 we partnered with that familiar pink ribbon campaign in order to put our movies to good use. Currently, we donate 100% of our net revenue to aid in breast cancer research.

Investors
As a limited partner in RGF, we offer 60% of the profit, until recoupment and a 25% premium is paid in full for the borrowed monies. To find out what projects are currently available, feel free to browse our project page and read about our upcoming endeavors. To learn more about the investment opportunity in any project, please contact our president for a press package or more information.

Production
Our films are brought to life with a high-definition, digital process. This process allows us to create high-scope films with minimal budgeting. We perform our pre-production, production, and post-production in a similar manner as established movie studios. Filming with the digital process allows us to create many film, special, environmental, and atmospheric effects at virtually no cost. These effects in-turn simulate the costly effects used by big-budgeted movie studios.

Film Products
RGF began making short films in 1999. Short films were a passion, but with little to no monetary value. In order to grow, they self-funded their first feature, Containment, which was released in 2006. They began to develop and as the money trickled in, they were able to update their production equipment until the company reached the independent professional level in 2007.

“We're redefining the face of horror”

Although it may seem bizarre, our main goal is simple…we're using horror films to save lives. Pretty cool, huh? We'll always be supporting these charities, because there's real horror in waiting to die from an illness with no cure. We think true horror should be for entertainment purposes only, and we're stepping up to make it happen. Plus, we're working hard to make intelligent films, and maybe, someday, reinvent the horror genre.

Ever feel like there's no originality left in Hollywood? Feel like the same old horror stories get re-invented, with the same old scares? Have horror movies in general become predictable to you?
If you've ever felt this way, we have too. And we're tired of the Hollywood clichés; the cars not starting, the characters with an IQ of 40, and the black cat that always seems to end up in every storage closet. We believe that we can find suspense in reality. Red Glass Films (RGF) is dedicated to bring you interesting, intelligent ideas that have never before graced the silver screen. We want to slam you with unexpected scares and twists. The movie should jump out at you and have you questioning what you already know.

In addition, we hope to revolutionize the horror film genre by incorporating “Game Theory” into our films. RGF isn't just about creating scares; we're about creating an experience. We want you to think about the films long after they've ended. We want you to have to watch it more than once to find clues hidden within the realm of the story. We want to invoke questions, confuse you, and then bring it all together in the end. We want combine mystery and horror and bring the movie watching experience into an active reality, instead of a passive fantasy.

In a way, RGF is creating an experimental genre in the horror realm; however we still incorporate the tried and true methods of dramatic storytelling. All in all, we hope to captivate you and send you on a ride that you never expected, and leave you begging for more.

Fear wants you…..
